Practices

Breathwork is a practice that involves conscious control and manipulation of one's breath. It encompasses various techniques and exercises designed to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By focusing on the breath, individuals can regulate their physiological responses, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. 

BREATHWORK

Active meditation offers a dynamic way to cultivate mindfulness and inner peace, making it an appealing option for those who may find traditional seated meditation challenging or prefer a more physically engaging practice.

ACTIVE MEDITATION

During a guided meditation session, you’re encouraged to let go of distracting thoughts and immerse yourself in the present moment. I will direct your attention towards specific sensations, images, or thoughts to facilitate relaxation and mindfulness.

GUIDED MEDITATION

A sound bath is a meditative practice where participants lie down and are bathed in various sounds produced by instruments like singing bowls, flûte, chimes, and other acoustic instruments. The vibrations and harmonics promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance a sense of well-being. It's a deeply immersive auditory experience often used for relaxation, meditation, and therapeutic purposes.

HEALING

Sound healing practices are based on a holistic approach that utilizes specific frequencies and vibrations to help restore balance to the energy centers (chakras) in the body. Various sound tools, such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, and chanting, are used to resonate with and activate these energy centers. The intention is to promote relaxation, release blockages, and enhance overall harmony within the individual. It's important to note that while many find this practice beneficial, it's not a replacement for conventional medical treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any serious health concerns.

Sound relaxation is a holistic practice that incorporates auditory elements like singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and vocal tones to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The vibrations and frequencies produced during sound relaxation sessions are thought to synchronize with the body's own frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and supporting the body's natural healing processes. Often paired with meditation and mindfulness techniques, it creates a calming and rejuvenating experience. Sound relaxation is esteemed for its capacity to address physical issues and restore balance in the body's energy centers, fostering a profound sense of harmony and well-being.

With Cameroonian roots, born in Italy and raised in France, my journey has been marked by a mix of cultures, amazing encounters and interesting travels. Years in Europe's largest holiday clubs taught me to make meaningful connections in large gatherings, from leading children aged 3 to 17, to addressing thousands of people through a microphone, to leading workshops for a global audience.

 

In March 2020, I embarked on a transformative journey to Australia, which was extended to two years due to the pandemic. During these challenging times, I discovered holistic practices that strengthened my mental wellbeing and brought a deep sense of inner peace.

Seeking a deeper understanding of these practices, I embarked on immersive experiences in Bali and the heartland of spirituality, India. The ancient wisdom of yoga and the profound resonance of sound healing spoke to my soul and laid the foundation for my newfound purpose. Inspired by this revelation, I undertook an intensive training as a sound healer in the spiritual enclave of Rishikesh, India. There I was immersed in a culture where holistic healing is not just a practice, but a fundamental part of the essence of life.

 

Today, my calling is to celebrate the liberating truth that there's an incredible power within each of us to nourish our minds, invigorate our bodies and uplift our souls. The radiant path to inner bliss is right at our fingertips!
